Some of the most successful people in the world use a Life Coach. To be totally transparent, my old beliefs about this form of support was that Life coaching was wishy washy.

Until parts of my life no longer felt good and I needed some help to focus on moving forward and making progress in many aspects of my life.

There are lots of different kinds of life coaches out there and in this post I’m going to share my top list of questions that when you answer, may help you decide if life coaching is the next best step for you.


Do You Feel Lost?

When I work with clients, this question always brings up a mixture of answers. In fact, many people are surprised by what comes up and really the exercise really helps to get to the root of subconscious stuff that is happening for them.
